Teaching School Alliance

ConnectEd Partnership Teaching School Alliance (TSA) was officially established in the Autumn Term 2015, under the leadership of Broadmeadow Special School and Heath Park following their Teaching School designation by the National College of Teaching and Leadership.

The TSA was established on behalf of ConnectEd Partnership to provide a strategic framework for a self-improving system across partnership schools. The TSA is integral to the work of ConnectEd Partnership and all schools through their membership are partners of the TSA.

Our aim as ConnectEd Partnership TSA, is to support the creation of an inclusive, effective and productive partnership between schools by building the capacity of support offered to, and by, partnership schools.

We will help to nurture and harvest local expertise through our programme of recruiting Specialist Leaders of Education and deploying them to support the diverse and unique needs of our schools.

The focus on leadership development and Continuous Professional Development of the school workforce will be prominent, and we will concentrate on recruiting the best possible teachers through School Direct – training and supporting them to become outstanding practitioners in our partnership schools.
